This policy covers almoghagbi.com and Gradient Gym, my YouTube channel and the tools I use to publish to it. I run both myself, as Almog Hagbi, in Israel.

This website

• The site has no accounts, sign-ups, forms or comments.
• The site uses no analytics, tracking pixels or ads.
• The site saves your light/dark theme choice in your browser (local storage). It stays on your device.
• The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel keeps short-term server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect the service. See the Vercel privacy policy.
• Some posts embed YouTube videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may set cookies once you play a video. See the Google privacy policy.

Gradient Gym upload tool

I use a private tool, built on the YouTube Data API, to upload and schedule videos on my own channel. It asks Google only for permission to upload videos. It does not read, store or share data about anyone else. Nobody else signs in to it. Its access token is kept only on my computer. Its use of Google data follows the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can revoke its access at any time from your Google account permissions.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, you may ask what data about you I hold, and ask me to correct or delete it. I don't sell personal data, and beyond the services named above I don't share it.
